NOT CLEAN. NOT SANITARY. NOT SAFE Do not stay here!!! The bed covers and sheets were so filthy. Paint chipping off the walls and tables. No handle on the microwave. Grossness splattered on the couch, floor and the bed side table! Went to the front desk to get new bedding. Can you believe she gave me sheets and 1 blanket! Get back to the room and it’s got cigarette holes all in it. The shower curtain was stained with what looked like black mold and blood! The refrigerator had hair and blood in it. Dirty napkins shoved in the ceiling of the elevator vents. Strong smell of marijuana everywhere. Went back to the front desk to speak with the manager and the girl at the front refused to call her at first !! I have 24 pics to prove everything. When she did it was no answer! We left and I’m still trying to get my full refund. We stayed about 1 1/2 hours!! I’ve called and emailed multiple times. They do not care!!! Choice hotels do not care!!! Very RUDE. This place is needs to be shut down. The scam they are running seems very fishy and illegal to me!! June 14, 2022

Do not book here!! Awful in all ways! We relied on our past excellent experiences with Comfort Inns &Suites when booking this location online last week. Wrong!! The place has been neglected for 20 years or more. Shabby everywhere you look, from front door mat to rusty doors to no landscaping, litter throughout the parking lot, indoor pool and exercise room closed "for maintenance"...overwhelming air freshener in the hallways and rooms. Slow water leak on bathroom floor around the toilet. Bedding and window treatments splashed up and stained. Just terrible. Trash bins in the back overflowing. I took photos to share with Chesapeake commisioners. They need to be shut down.

Horrible place to stay! We asked for a non smoking room. The room we were given smelled horribly of smoke. The floors were filthy. The ceiling was falling apart. The bathroom was sketchy. My husband asked for another room. We were given one on the first floor. That room had a spa tub in the corner of the bedroom! Ew!!! My towel was dirty. It had a lot of someone else’s hair on it. There are people living in this hotel. The elevator was disgusting. The breakfast was not available when they said it would be. The whole facility is run down and dirty. We stayed at a Comfort Inn the night before in Alabama and it was wonderful. This location was the complete opposite.

Just disappointing. Been staying at Comfort Inns for 20+ years and this is one of the worst. We reserved a 2 queen suite and of course had given it away before we arrived. So much for a reservation. The hotel itself in terrible condition. Every corridor with thick smells of cigarettes. Even the bedding in our non-smoking room had a light cigarette smell. Would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. We won't be back.
