The rooms were amazing, the beds are incredibly comfortable, however the pool is absolutely disgusting. I was looking forward to swimming, but this is filthy. The water shouldn't be green like that. Overall though, I had a great stay.

Worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed. TV didn't work. Had to go to front desk for new remote. Had to unscrew back of clock to set correct time. Deadbolt on door didn't engage. No washcloths--had to go back to front desk to request. Tub caulking had what appeared to be black mold. However, Amber at front desk was wonderful. She did everything she could to try to meet our needs.

When we first arrived at the hotel to check in for our room, Courtney at the front desk did not confirm anything and just gave us the key and someone else was in our room when we got there. She then gave us a handicap room and by the exit door, hearing the door slam for every exit or entrance at 8am. However, Dina at the front desk was super awesome in the morning, she made an accommodation for us with no hesitation to put us in a new room right away. Her customer service was A+ with pleasing us. Erika is also welcoming and takes care of her customers

Our stay wasn't great, we cut it short because of the issues we had. 1. The room was not clean; it was obvious that nothing was wiped down. Housekeeping did not wipe down any of the surfaces. They only did so after we showed them the Lysol wipes as to how dirty everything was. 2. Housekeeping did not knock or announce who they were before entering the room while we were in there. 3. The internet did not work. I had to go outside of the room to get a signal by the elevator. Once back in the room, the wifi shut off. A trouble ticket was put in to reset the modem and that never happened. The IT rep was very helpful though. 4. The indoor pool looks as if it has been out of operation for quite some time. 5. The door used for the side entrance works when it wants to. It gets stuck and it won't open occasionally. 6. The AC filter was dirty and a cold air draft seeps in under the AC. This hotel needs a renovation. For it to carry the Hilton name is a bit of a disgrace because it is very outdated. It has a cheap motel feel to it. The staff seems very nice but there needs to be retraining as to how customer service is supposed to be in the hospitality industry.
