Visited RY right after 4th of July 2021 and have been meaning to write this review and after opening a bottle of the 2017 Scion tonight it seemed appropriate. The views from the winery are stellar. From up on the hill you get a fantastic view of the entire valley below. Due to it being a holiday weekend, we were got almost a private tasting with Robbie himself. He was incredibly passionate about the wine and the family's history at the vineyard. We had his undivided attention until a friend's bachelorette party showed up - so I couldn't blame him. It was peak COVID, so we weren't able to get an Uber or Lyft for almost two hours. Robbie went above and beyond and arranged for the concierge who was ending her shift to drive us into town to make our dinner reservation (after already missing our last winery reservation). We thanked her profusely and were able to continue on with our trip. All the wine was exquisite, and the testing experience was one of the best we had in Sonoma. It's well worth the drive off the beaten path.

This winery was amazing. The views are stunning, the wine is excellent and the staff were delightful. Maggie hosted us and my wife and I felt so lucky to get her. She was knowledgeable, funny, and immediately felt like a friend. We’ll go back to this winery anytime I’m in the area! Thank you for a wonderful time Maggie!
