....... After 1 year the office staff has improved a lot. The rat infestation outside is gone. the maintenance both inside and outside the apartment is good. although the rent is a bit high, the laundry breaks down quite often and the security is the same.... I have to say they have improved a lot this last year.

Wasn’t even able to view an apartment. I made an appointment to view a 1bd apartment back on July 10th for August 2nd. Wasn’t even notified that there wasn’t any available until I got there. The lady at the desk didn’t try to say when any would be available, she just looked at me. Which honestly looking back at it, it’s probably best that nothing was available for me. Looking at the torn blinds in the windows of the apartments, the outside binds overflowing with trash, and cars zooming through the parking lot….this seems like a place not up to my standards anyway. You can tell a lot about an apartment complex by just the look of the leasing office. This leasing office looked like a jail precinct. No thank you.

I have lived in Londonderry Apartments for three years. I appreciate the wonderful work of the maintenance team. They are always there to solve any kind of problems when you need them. The landscape of Londonderry Apartments is beautiful and the environment is always clean. Leasing staff are very attentive to listen, anytime you call the office.
