I have happily used Colonial Restoration for antique furniture repair for more than four years now, but they really outdid themselves recently on the full restoration of a Second Empire ebonizied cabinet and game table. Both pieces are now truly museum quality!

Our 80 year old cherry wood dining room chairs were trashed by years of abuse. The backs and arms were completely broken off. I tried to fix them, which only made it worse. But then I found Colonial restoration. The repairs are unbelievable. As if the chairs were never broken. We are so pleased. Now to get the table and other chairs to Colonial for refinishing!

Very, very pleased with the repair they did to my Chinese rosewood dining chair. The broken leg - broken clean off!!! - was repaired and looks good as new. The work was done when promised and the price was very reasonable. Two lumbering dogs might greet you at the door, which I found charming, and the artist/owner was very pleasant to deal with.
