It was a overall a great stay. The room smelled a lil bit like urine. I had to get air fresheners. The staff was more than great! The hotel in general was very clean for it to be pet friendly. My dishwasher messed up and was never fixed but staff did clean up the mess! Plus great location to any and everything! I would stay again!

Itβs Friday, Memorial weekend and we were looking forward to enjoying the pool and the basketball court as stated on their website. Check in is at 3 and both close at 8! π³ Due to being Friday, traffic was heavy as expected. But the pool, which was small, cold, dirty and had a hot tub knob with NO hot tub was super disappointing. The sun doesnβt go down til 830 and the basketball court closes at 8. The showers, bathrooms and couches were dirty. We chose to not shower or even sleep here. For almost $400 a night and having stayed at many Marriott hotels in the past, this was extremely disappointing. We checked-in at 5 and weβre leaving before 9pm π. Today was suppose to be a birthday celebration for my babygirl. With the first of the month being around the corner, and bills due, thereβs not much we can do to repair and make it up to her. π π’

This was not a pleasant experience for my family and I. We expected it to be so much better because we usually have great stays at Marriotts. Upon check in, our initial room was dirty, smelled like dog and run down. We tried heating our food up in the microwave and of course that broke in the process. We were moved to another room (at 10pm) and found that room to be a little better. When I asked the lady at the front desk as to why our previous room smelled like dog, she said they do not designate certain rooms for those with dogs, they just put them in open rooms. Unfortunately, they don't seem to clean well behind those with dogs in the room. She also didn't really seem like she understood her own answer. So the front desk seemed unaware of their own policies, were not friendly when greeted (which is confusing because we are the guests and you would think they would greet us). The pool was horrible. It was not heated and freezing in and out of the water. It is supposed to be a heated indoor pool. The windows were open the entire time, and management did nothing to fix this issue. My child could not even enjoy the pool because he was shivering so much. Instead of fixing the problem, the manager offered him hot chocolate. Are you serious?! Of course he didn't want hot chocolate, he wanted to swim. No hot complimentary coffee after 930a. This was a very disappointing stay for us and we were beyond upset...not friendly, clean or accommodating.

We stay in Marriotts wherever we go in fact we are lifetime platinum members. We stayed in this Residence Inn for a funeral. It was only going to be a place to keep our stuff and get a few hours of sleep. It is the dirtiest hotel I have been in of any chain. We were afraid to walk on the floors because they were so dirty. The dishes and glassware were dirty. The drains in bathrooms whether sink or shower were clogged. The rug had sticky stuff spilled across it. The mattresses were in good shape but the linens were stained. The walls had crayon on them and fingerprint stains. Because it was an emotional time we just stayed and didnβt complain but please DO NOT stay here for any reason.
