I booked a room just so my kids could have a nice air conditioned room to sleep in and play in the pool since it’s been so hot outside, well the pool was a bit dirty and the rooms don’t allow you to turn the air down. So it was too warm in the room and we ended up going home the same night.

For the price, stay somewhere else. They do not provide full housekeeping service (even when you stay Monday - Friday). They only gave us new towels. Our bed was never made. Our sheets were never changed. The building is HOT. The bar service & food are good. Stay somewhere else and visit the bar. The building is generally hot throughout. The air in the room doesn't actually ever meet the temperature on the thermostat. It completely went out one night. Maintenance came the next day and got the temperature down. But still not to the 67 degrees on the thermostat.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The staff members were very kind. Breakfast was AMAZING (fruit covered waffles with Nutella are a must if you like stuff like that). Good sized gym. Pool was a hit with the kiddies. Nice sitting areas inside and out. We will DEFINITELY be coming back to stay in the near future. Highly recommend you check them out if ur in the area for a stay.

No microwave in the room. No ice machine on the floor. Got to ask the front desk for ice. No complementary breakfast. Room is comfortable. Soft bed, bathroom clean, housekeeping staff very helpful, bar is nice, gym has nice equipment, and nice lounge with pool table but I don't think I will be staying here again.
