Dirty. Pull out trundle mattress was grossly stained. Ended up having to get another room because no one would sleep on it. Would not give discount except AAA. Filth of room cost us another $250! Floor was stained and dirty. No extras. Just shampoo and conditioner. People were partying loudly outside the hotel in parking lot until 3AM. I am talking right under entrance canopy; tailgating in a pick-up and they were not asked to leave. So…$250 later I got MAYBE 3 hours sleep. Front desk clerk was nice. (My one positive.)

I've never been in a hotel room that genuinely grossed me out, but there's a first for everything. The sheets, pillowed bed frames, and curtains were all stained. When my stepsister and I entered the room I caught a slight scent of cigarette smoke. A few minutes into unpacking our sinuses started acting up (an hour later my nose was so stuffy I was mouth breathing). Less than 30 minutes after arriving, the air conditioning unit broke. The final straw was when we started becoming itchy and rashy while sitting on the beds. At that point we left the hotel and found another one (it was past midnight). The staff were pretty nice and did offer us fans for the room, but a friendly staff won't make up for the multitude of issues we ran into.

The room was decent size and the beds were comfortable but there was so much noise in the hallway by intoxicated guests carrying on that I got NO sleep before I had to be up for a 6am flight. The air conditioning fan made no sound so there was nothing to drown out any noise including the cars outside. A car alarm went off a few times. People were laughing loudly in the parking lot off and on all night. It was a miserable stay.

I would say the area is good because you’re close to so much but I wouldn’t stay here again. The bed was comfortable. I just don’t feel the place is clean and it’s lacking in many areas. It rained so water was leaking into the room. Yes, rain was coming into the room. The water pressure in the shower is laughable. Like, how is a grown person to get clean?? The sofa was dusty to the point where I sat something down on it before i sat on it. They don’t provide in shower soap or body soap either. The ironing board is 3 ft tall. Yes, 3ft tall. All in all, it’s just a place to sleep. Had I brought my twins, this would’ve been a different review.
