My partner and close friends rented a unit for the past week here and overall it was very enjoyable. Just a few things need to be addressed however. 1) There was one cockroach in the bathroom when we walked in the bathroom, it may have been a one off but still. 2) The unit itself could do for an update, mainly the walls and furniture. 3) The most important thing that needs to be addressed is the cleanliness of the pool. The pool maintenance person would check the filter and re-arrange the tanning chairs in the morning and that's it, being there for a total of about 5 minutes. The pool desperately needed vacuuming with all the sand, hair, leaves and twigs in it.

Do NOT rent from this company! We arrived on Saturday and place was dirty. Carpet was visibly dirty with chip crumbs and lint. Obviously had not been swept in quite some time. Found the sweeper but it didn’t work nor did it have a bag in it. Basically the whole apartment was dirty. Called for cleaning service at 430pm and by 715pm no one showed up. Called again and was assured someone would be out. By 10:00pm no one showed up. Told at this time that housekeeping was closed. Told to come to office on Sunday to rectify the problem, only to find out they were closed when we arrived. One bed was broken. Sheets and towels delivered late, only sheets for 3 of the 4 beds. Only 2 blankets, no comforters on the beds. Had to use beach towels and beach blankets as bedding. Do NOT rent from this company!

Only one outlet worked, doors didn’t close, sheets and pillows were not clean or washed, no Mattress just box springs, tried to use fold out bed couch but then it had a potato skin and poop stains on sheets, mold on some silverware and dishes, the rest were dirty and unclean, no lights except for in the bathrooms, the rest were one lamp per room, shower heads are only about 5’6” tall, and the drawers were broken and didn’t really open. Oh yeah there’s no elevators. If I could give it 0 stars then I would.
