Always close hot tubs and lazy River on 6th floor , why don't you just take it out if you're not going to allow anyone to use it., update, They opened it back up but neither Hot Tub works, can we do 0 Stars.

Trash is piled up for 2 days outside the trash door on our floor had to call and report it .second year in a row The lazy River on the 6th floor has not been working

What is the phone number to this place I want to know if the pools and lazy river is open and will remain open I read a review where they had closed a few months back due to covid. I don't want to rent a place for my once a year vaca with no pool.

I'm here now and it's currently closed. The indoor pool and hot tubs are open. Beach access boardwalk is closed for maintenance.

How do I contact this condo itself and not an 800 number. I have questions about our room.

You would need to call the place you rented your room through, condo lux, condo world, Elliot, or whomever. When we rented through condo world the number you call is on they key ring if there are any problems.
