Nice complex, TERRIBLE management. They never answer the phones. There have been a few times where I’ve been knocking on the leasing office door and the person in the building just looked at me. Good luck if you move here.

I love living here. The neighborhood is very quiet and the apartment I live in is perfect. Maintenance has always been on time and very helpful. They have a great team. Everyone in the office is also very nice, very professional and caring. I’m really content and happy in my home and I would not want to live anywhere else. The price is definitely right in this area. Thank you Sundance for all that you do and for having me as a tenant.

I’ve lived here for 7 months no major complaints. Maintenance responds quickly to issues. Neighbors in my building are friendly. Only issue is neighbors in with kids in the parking lot making it hard to navigate and walk my dog when kids are coming from every angle. Other then that everything has been great.

I lived here for 3 years with minimal issues. My biggest problem was parking. Because I work late, some nights I couldn't find a parking spot close to my unit.
