We used to like this place until the staff started to not listen to anything we were saying. They would constantly make appointments for the wrong animal. They don't listen when you tell them things like "I need you to trim their nails on the back right foot" only to be asked over text a few minutes later if I would like to have their nails trimmed. My advice is that if you have an issue with the staff here keep it to yourself. When we got tired of being disrespected and called them on it the immediately kicked us out as clients without even talking to us about why. They also vaccinated my animal after I told them not to. Quite frankly they are falling apart and your animals would be safer elsewhere.

I have two furbabies that UPVC have been taking care of since the day they were brought home. My pups are so spoiled, but the staff are so understanding and caring. I wouldn't dream of ever taking them anywhere else!

I have had nothing but amazing quality care here. We had the most sensitive and caring experience when we had to put our dog down, the staff was so considerate and made the process more bearable. We now have two bunnies who regularly see Dr. Paulette. She is the most amazing vet to my two fur babies and has such a positive spirit. She is extremely knowledgeable and responsive, going above and beyond to communicate with you. I love this facility, it’s a 50 minute drive from my house and would never go anywhere else!!

Thanks to the amazing professionals at University Place Pet Hospital, my sweet Cameo is back to his normal goofy self. They were calm and reassuring when I was feeling panicked and took great care of my boy. I'll always bring him back here whenever I need anything. Thank you again!! ❤️

No idea, it's a out 90.00 for a 40lb dog. Call Dr. Morrow or the office they are excellent at getting information and being compassionate.
Not certain if they do. Best to call them directly. They are very helpful.
You would need to call to be sure but she does guinea pigs, and chameleons. I don't know what they would charge for a rat. Great veterinarians
They do take care credit. The staff there is amazing.I would give them a call.
