I went to pick up thyroid pills for my cat. As I was waiting for blood tests my cat was throwing up due to her thyroid. I called the vet and told them to call in a prescription stat. They made the call. I go to pick up the prescription and they claimed they got no call. I called the vet back and they called immediately. I had to wait an additional two hours. This is my last time using this pharmacy.

Reason for 2 star is your policy to close for a half hour in the middle of the day. When I asked, was told that they only have one pharmacist, and they can't be open while pharmacist is on lunch, so they all take lunch together between 2 and 230, while a line forms outside the locked entrance door. This, I'm sure is on the fault of the corporation. Poor customer service on there part. Why can't prepared orders be picked up during this time? 😫

Over a year ago we switched from costco service and rude staff made it so easy to do so. We have been very pleased with this pharmacy. The are professional, polite and do try to work with the customer. I am surprised to see negatce reviews as we have always encountered 5+ services

Joke. Said I needed 2 signatures on a prescription for 325 hydrocodone. Stupid. Went to Walgreens and filled there with no problem.
