Their fireplaces are great, BUT their installer won't pull his own permits and will not wear a mask or follow covid protocols. We have made several complaints about working with the installer and all we get are arguments, not resolution

I was not having any luck getting service for my gas fireplace. Finally, I contacted the manufacturer and they gave me the number for Fircrest. The office manager, Jan Roemke, patiently listened to my plight and recommended that I leave my number for the President/Owner Wade Winslow. I thought, “right”. Within the hour Mr. Winslow called and offered his expertise. He spent almost an hour on the phone while I trouble shot, made adjustments, and tried to figure out the problem. Mr. Winslow was 100% knowledgeable, patient, and gladly gave his own time to help out a random person. After I had gone to the internet, YouTube, local fireplace businesses I was blown away at Mr. Winslow’s genuine care for a person in need. Currently, I am not in the market for his product, but I will make the hour drive to frequent his establishment when I do. I do not recommend signing up on the internet “ASK” services. Just received attitude for a pay per question service. Thank you!
