Taking this class, attend all 90 hours of trainings (which is currently virtual), and study all the materials/book that were given, is all you need to pass the Broker exam. Dale and Forrest are great instructors, focus on helping you learn to pass the test. They are punctual, professional, engaging. They also try to make the class fun (believe me the materials can be so boring) to help you understand the topics a little easier. I would recommend this class to anyone who want to become a Real Estate Broker.

I tried to complete the Rockwell course where you study on your own along with online coursework (no live class or instructors) and it was just too much information, I wasn’t able to get through it. When I finally found an online class I signed up not knowing what to expect. I couldn’t be happier. Not only does this class go at a manageable pace (Rockwell does offer an actual online class now but not only does it cost more it’s ridiculously fast paced…there is so much information I don’t think it would be any easier than doing in alone) but the classes are in the evening. The instructors really care about getting everyone to pass the state exam. Even after the class was over, they were still available to help questions and study material/advice as needed. I highly recommend this course even if you haven’t tried to do it in your own before. They tell you what’s important to know, and what not to waste time on. It’s worth every penny and really reasonable in price. I passed my state exam on the first try. Just, do the work outside of class they suggest you do and you’ll be fine.

Overall I felt Mr. Dale and Mr. Forrest did an excellent job facilitating the Gateway Real estate course. Each presenter/instructor demonstrated great subject matter expertise. They thoroughly went thru all real estate terms and concepts outlined in the text book and promptly responded to all student inquires. I was extremely grateful for their ability to mesh academic principles with their practical real estate experience. All classes started promptly despite operating in a virtual environment. I am very pleased with my decision to take the course, I feel I have all the tools required to pass the real estate exam and have a successful career.
