Went to auto zone I'm university place with 15 mins to spare before close. Now I have to say I get the fact that doors close in a few mins and employees are ready to go home. But do they have to rush the consumer in and out. I came to get break lights and was in and out in less than 3 mins tops. We could do without the hurry up and buy as a memory to this shopping experience. I don't think it's professional or courteous towards the people that choose to spend with Auto zone. Then to smile at me on the way you didn't stop a preventive bad review. Leave the hurry up and buy to the dollar store and Walmart or "close" at 830 instead of nine if it's that serious.

My mom's car battery kept dying so we went in to have it checked. The store manager was super helpful and helped us change the battery even though the clamp was very corroded and stuck to the old terminal. We ended up having to buy a new clamp but it finally got changed out!
