DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! Dr. Oland does not stand by his work. He will "ban you" from coming back if you speak up for your rights or the rights of your child. I was told to "get a lawyer" when I asked for a refund after having gone back 5 times for adjustments on my daughter's glasses and the issues still weren't fixed. Dr. Oland actually told my child her frames were older and not of good quality, that was the reason they kept needing adjustments and he won't (try) to fix them again. They are Calvin Klein frames that were purchased less than two years ago and they never had an issue until Soundview put new lenses in them. We ended up taking the glasses to another optometrist for help, that's where we learned that Soundview Eye Care ruined the frames and they can't be fixed. Like I said... Don't waste your money and time!!

Love this clinic. I’ve been going for a year now and have had 2 frames with rx lenses so far, one were regular eye glasses + the second were sunglasses. My prescription has been correct each time without needing to ha sit readjusted like I have with every other eye doctor that has worked on my lenses. They’re timely, I get my lenses within a couple weeks and are cost effective. My sunglass frames didn’t work out in a clear color and they easily swapped them out for me and had them exchanged for black frames no problem. Currently they’re helping me with another pair of frames I got since I had used my insurance up on my sunglasses. They gave me my prescription over the phone right then. Bought some frames online since I couldn’t afford out of pocket retail frames, and the online co. messed up my prescription (surprise…) so I called Dr. Oland, he had me drop off my glasses. He inspected them next day and found the problem which he’ll be sending to be corrected for an extremely good price. Super happy with their customer service and they’ve all taken SO much time with me helping my indecisive self pick out frames and are extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

My eyeglass Rx was old and I also wanted to switch to contacts for school. They have much better technology than my previous eye clinic! Everyone at the front desk was so nice. And the doctor was funny (this is very important). Even though I'm not buying glasses here, they have a pretty impressive and extensive wall of frames. And their decor for children is SO FUN!!!!! I love this place

I have a face that practically no frame looks good on. My face is thin and somewhat narrow and I always dread buying glasses/sunglasses. The employee working at the front had me try on about 20 pair and gave me her honest opinion on each, guiding me through the plethora of options, frame-by-frame. She let me know what's on trend and asked me a ton of questions so that she could better serve me. I now have a beautiful pair of high end frames that I actually look forward to wearing every day. Dr. Oland is personable and of course very skilled at what he does. I will be coming back here every two years like clockwork, as I can now say I have a great place to get my exam and purchase beautiful frames. The frames themselves can be kind of pricey there, but it's so worth the money. Do you want to have a mediocre looking pair of glasses or a fantastic pair that are so pretty (and so quality) that it actually makes you look your best self?
