Ive lived at Stoney Ridge going on 2 years years now. It has its perks and pitfalls. Its fifteen minutes in any direction to fun and food. Less than 5 from downtown in the traffic is not bad. The leasing staff and maintenance crew are all really good at what they do. Moriah is always willing to assist where she is able and very friendly. Perry also tries to fix what he can. My biggest issue is the contractors who work on the big jobs. They botch most jobs and cut a lot of corners causing matenience to have to come fix it. The property is decently priced but in need of a facelift and the baseboard heating needs replaced.
