I am always treated kindly by the staff, and their prices are more reasonable than the previous animal hospital we used to go to.

Used to visit this clinic last year to take care of my cat and everything was good. Had an appointment recently and felt like I will never schedule again. They will not provide the clear pricelist unless asked for, make sure to look at everything they put in and ask about everything. The procedure of payment is confusing, watch out because I almost got charged for the procedures that I haven't even heard of. Its been a conversation about why there is a charges that I did not wanted to include. As well, recommending so many unnecessary vaccinations and exams that we have never were in need. Everything sounds so nice and smooth until a moment you realize.

Soundview Vet is the best ever. They worked my baby in on a busy Monday when I thought she had a broken leg. They had to sedate her and get an x-ray, which found an abscess. They cut and drained the abscess and took great care of Nala. She is almost back to 100 percent already and I have them to thank. Thanks to the friendly, kind, helpful staff and the knowledgeable and thoughtful doctors at Soundview.

This place used to be the best, back when Dr. Martin was the head of the practice. Since he left the service has been horrible. We started bringing our dog here when she was a puppy and had always received prompt and excellent care. Over the past two years everything has changed... Our last visit the new vet made me feel highly uncomfortable and basically as if she was trying to rack up as much money as possible during our visit. Rather than honest care of what our pet needed, it turned into you need to do everything I recommend or your a bad pet parent. So that really rubbed me the wrong way. Now to my most recent experience. Our dog, now 8, had a serious medical issue. we called into Soundview and tried to get her seen, we were honestly scared for her life, and were told that we needed to wait 8 weeks before they could do anything. We ended up needing to spend over $3,000 in emergency care services that would have been majorly discounted if we had got her into a normal vet that could give her some antibiotics and pain medications. We have had other experiences similar to this prior to this last one. I am beyond disappointed in Soundview. Frankly, they are dead to me and I will never give them another penny of my money as long as I live. Hopefully others will see my review and wise up. and find another veterinarian that actually cares for their pets and doesn't look at them as simply dollar signs.. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR LONG TERM PET NEEDS.

I don't think so. When we call to let them know we're there for our appointment they say no new clients and I assume that means no walk-ins.

Bleach | Aug 15, 2021

No they do not. They just turned me away even though we have had a payment plan for multiple visits where i come in then pay on the first, new management does not help you out anymore. They have no program, i recommend going somewhere else. This place is not so good anymore.
