Was just there experienced alright customer service not good by all means ended up getting my food to be greeted with burnt chicken basically all of it drove 20 mins because I usually get good food there not this time will be the last time I come to this location the food is rock hard unbelievable

L&L is located on the east side of Tacoma Mall. We had the Kalua Pork Combo that came with rice and mac salad and added a side of Katsu chicken. So good. I've never been to Hawaii but the vibe felt right. The portions are good sized and fed me and my wife with leftovers as well. Seating inside and out. Mall parking. Good service, could have been a bit cleaner. I give 4 stars.

Limit of 3 customers inside at a time with social distancing. Made all communal items like silverware or condiments served by staff to cut down on contamination.
