No one in enrollment answers the phone or returns phone calls, called multiple times 3 days in a row and left multiple messages.

The general clinics for check ups are overworked and can miss things. However.. the specialist clinics are usually decent-This is not the case with plastic surgery. If you go in for treatment there beware there will be scars and nerve damage from treatment. I had a surgery and they missed issues with my wound and it got infected. It's hard enough to deal with regular health insurance, but the VA is an added layer of disappointment.

No operator on the line, no way of reaching endocrinologist. Transferred only to get hung up on. Doctor late for video appointment.
