Don’t rent here! The place is not worth the headache the manager causes. It’s become very nasty and ghetto since I signed, I’ve been embarrassed to bring guest other than my partner because of the look of outside which isn’t maintained, she questioned me about him, as if you can’t have anyone over and says there’s limits. The roaches that come under the door no matter what you buy, nasty pool for over a year and gross dumpster areas. AC constantly leaks but the worst is really the manager Yanira Ayala. She is very nosey, seems to like drama and is impossible to communicate with. Served me a letter of termination with only days to relocate spitefully because I have a ESA dog and she changed it to “No dog policy” randomly. And I was legally able to keep him. That and constantly watching and asking about guest accusing me of this and that it’s all too much for a place that is far from nice! If I was her boss I would terminate her before she ruins more business for them as I never once was late on a payment!! Do not recommend. Very Poorly Managed.

We do not have a large guest apartment. The only units we have are studios. They are $750/mo and require a $750 security deposit. The application fee is $25 per adult applicant. We run a background check on all potential tenants. We check for criminal and evictions but do not do a credit check. We require verifiable $1,200/mo income.
