I’ve been a resident here at Wingwood about eight years , I’ve seen management change hands many times since being here so good others Not so good. But I want to commend present management on being professional and attentive to the needs of the community and care of the property, I also want to point out that our maintenance/ caretaker Freddy and office manager see to it that service , repairs and daily upkeep is their top priority. Most job requests are taken care of promptly and staff is easy to talk to and available. Personally I feel that there should be more security cameras but all and all I am very pleased and feel that The Management is doing an excellent job. Thank you . Mr.Ralph Dalton

Now that I finally figured out how to do a google review I’m going to rip this place. Apartment wasn’t treated before I moved in and had probably the worst roach infestation I’ve ever experienced. Had to throw away half my stuff because they burrowed in it. That’s bad when an apartment complex offers you the option to break your lease. Definitely broke it and will never recommend or step foot on this property again.

The lack of maintance is horrible now every apt getting there fences ready and nobody has even been to our apt. We revived this aot with no bathroom closet door and when you ask if our frente could be fix maintance stated its only the ones that are bad and our is falling off but his was done all New and his was not even falling i guess its called preference but to charge the rent tbey are quick but not for keeping apt updated please never rent here.Horrible service.
