I regret moving here everyday. Upon move in, which I paid an extra fee to move in early, there was so much wrong; dirty/dusty laundry room, missing shower head, red mold in the bath, broken closet door, toilet wasn’t working consistently for roughly three weeks and now accumulates black dirt around the bowl every other week that needs to be cleaned, and just so much more that I can’t even begin to express my disappointment. I expressed these concerns upon move in, requesting a refund, and they denied me. Sure, they came to “clean” and “fix” a few things but it didn’t resolve the issue that the apartment was simply NOT READY for move-in but they still happily took my money. Although the staff is very nice and do their best, everything else about this complex is embarrassing. I don’t want to invite any of my family or friends over because of how outdated and sad the apartment looks. I should have never moved out of my last apartment which was brand new and 1000x times better. This place needs a serious update with working and clean appliances…everything looks overused. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The building is nice on the outside, the location is perfect..too bad managers are below par. They actually are more concern with getting residents in trouble than helping residents. It reminds me of some type of intuition ..actually if you really think about it the inside of the apartment looks like a jail or a mental hospital. The white walls..the doors. I do think jails at least have a working toilet. I heard the HUB is a good spot to live in near UCF though!.

Terrible, terrible internet service. If you have any sort of smart device, forget it. Having to register every single device is the least practical way to do things. You can’t even use a router. Very inconvenient. When using the computers in the lab, they barely work and you can’t access web courses to do homework or anything.

You can call the front office with their phone number on google maps, but i believe it is student-priority placement.

What's the process for having a pet in the apartment?

Your pet has to be a service animal and for that you need to go to the office and have them help you to see if you have to fill out forms
