This is my experience only and I do not speak for anyone else’s. The worst experience I’ve ever had. I applied in late March to move into a 1 bedroom. Bonnie, the agent who helped me was friendly and helpful, in the beginning. I was super excited to move in ASAP. I took in my app & admin fee, $380 on March 30, 2022 and dropped it off to Bonnie. Days went by and no call backs, no emails. I called back a few days later to check on the update and Bonnie insisted that everything was ok but to wait a few more days for an update. A week and a few days went by and I was beginning to worry so I decided to go in person to speak to Bonnie. I was greeted by Brian who relayed to me that he was part of a new property management. Bonnie and the old property management were no longer in charge of Steelhouse. Brian was helpful but relayed to me to speak the ole property management, Range Water. I spoke Jade, property manager of said company and relayed that in situations like this, everything including money is transferred to the new property management. I was jerked around back and forth to each company for months. No one could give me an answer as to who has my money and how I will get it back. (I never moved in.) I moved into to another downtown building mid April. To this date, July of 2022, I have not received my money back and was told today by the Angela, current agent of the new property management at Steelhouse that I do NOT qualify to receive my money back. Policy states that if you do not cancel your application within 3 days or applying, they keep your admin fee. No one should have to go though all this trouble in getting back what is theirs.

This is a wonderful place I would love to live there
