I honestly love this apartment complex! For the most part, it is very quiet and everyone is very curteous. The apartment has great layouts and feels so spacious, the balconies are large, and plenty of space to walk and play with dogs (plus great nature views)! Despite the few hiccups we’ve had, the management has always been on top of it and is very friendly, as soon as we contact them regarding an issue. Edwin and Pamela have always been happy to help and are very nice! Also with the valet trash don’t put it out the night before. There’s cats and raccoons that we caught that ripped ours open and flung the trash everywhere! My only recommendations would be quicker maintenance turnaround time/hiring more staff, the glass around the dumpster, refilling the dog bag stops, and providing residents with extra contact info to get in touch with management easier— it’s a bit difficult over the phone to hear back from someone!
