Made the mistake of living here 3 years ago and anyone reading this if you have a brain (which you most likely don't use so won't) get out of terms with these scam artist. Florida is an awful place to live. Please go back to New York or Puerto Rico where you are actually welcome. Stop taking up useful space.

Website is an absolute mess to deal with, really difficult for people who are co-signing, lied about a $200 reservation fee being refundable, $55 a month to have a washer and dryer in your home, and overly expensive for what you are getting. Not worth it.

Don’t move in here!! They are “nice” as long as you are a perfect tenant, as soon as something interrupts that the attitude changes. I had a big issue. My refrigerator was leaking water & they came in & said nothing was wrong with it. I sent them pics of my vegetable crisper full of water & the water on the floor. That time it was fixed, they didn’t even leave a note the first time, telling me they were there. They changed the locks on the laundry room & fitness room but couldn’t seem to find copies that work to give the tenants. Pool has been closed for the majority of summer. No reaso given, just the gate is chained closed & a sign saying pool is closed. Rude front office & management.

I would never advise anyone to move in here. The pictures they post look great, and it seems almost resort-like. Do not fall for the hype. When you first call in or email, the office staff is as nice as can be, but as soon as they realize who is calling, they flip a switch like Jekyll and Hyde. They like you as long as you do not ever request a maintenance call, ask them to get out of their office chair, ask them a question, or heaven forbid, question something they tell you. They are very snarky and rude women. Whoever hired these two office workers needs to re-evaluate their management skills because they are some of the rudest people I've ever met. They hang up on customers, they yell at residents, they call people names and they threaten when you don't do what they say. It's awful. Its almost seems like this can't be true, but it is. This place is really that bad. It needs to be shut down.

It changes over time. Currently, the market is booming so everyone is ramping up their prices. We applied here for apartment 157 (it was a 1/1 for $1305/mo) only to find out it was attached to the pool on one wall and the gym on the other; unless you like it LOUD, don't apply for that apartment. We've been seeing between $1200 - $1300 for most 1/1s in that area and we've been looking to move to Orlando for months. :/
No but good luck getting an answer from maintenance
Depends on the apartment. The studio apartment was roughly $800 a month. Also got our scooter stolen... Twice :| so bad place for scooters.
Yes.
