I have been living here for almost a year and to be honest. This place is the best. I will recommend this place even in my dreams. This is an amazing place. I invite my friends over sometimes and they said that the place is awesome. If my friends like this place it's between 90% and 101%. There are minimal bugs, but who doesn't have bugs creeping out at times. If you keep your surroundings clean, you will be free of bugs. Pest control do come around to service the apartments. Which is good. Maintenance is good. Service at the office is always kind and friendly. Amenities are excellent. If you need a place for 🏡 home. This is the place.

I was living there for 3 years and it was really bad the sewage pipes always overflowed into the apartment at least two or three times a year and the answer to that was a rent increase and after I left a year and two months later I am still waiting for the deposit money

Do not rent from here property manager and assistant manager are unprofessional. They delay your application to just take your money.

What about the maintenance of the lake? It has not been cleaned since the beginning of the pandemic, with garbage such as masks, plastic bags, bad smell and the weed around. Also closed since 2019 several amenities such as the pool, sauna, bowling, club house. They have changed Manager since 2019 like 3 times. The office staff is very friendly but as residents we need to see action.

Are you renting or buying? We rent a two bedroom two bath ground level and pay $1,100 per month. We plan on buying our unit in the spring, provided our landlord is willing to sell. Right now, we'd be looking at about $130,000. Just getting our ducks in a row. Owners currently pay an HOA of around $300 monthly. It's an expensive place to live, but worth every penny. My wife and I love living here.
