I traveled almost an hour away for my first time trying on wedding dresses for my upcoming wedding for December 2023 , Upon arrival I was greeted including everyone I brought along with me , Hilda was my stylist who helped me out during my try ons . She was awesome! Hilda thank you for your patience and making this such a beautiful day . I felt so comfortable and she was so kind to me and my family . I just want to say thank you to Seng couture for your great hospitality and kindness and beautiful dresses ! First time shopping and I found my dress ! Supper excited ! If I could give 0 stars I would. First, their staff ordered the incorrect sizes for 5/7 bridesmaids. And not only that but ordered the incorrect size for my wedding dress. My hip measurements were 1/2 inch OVER a size 6 they ordered me a size 6 rather than SIZING UP TO AN 8 LIKE ANY NORMAL PERSON WOULD THINK TO DO. (Of course I realized this and did my research when my dress came in too small) Which gives me no room to gain even a pound, only to lose weight. So, OBVIOUSLY the dress came in and was too small, they said “weight fluctuates” so they ASSUMED I would lose weight? Which is also inappropriate for them to make that assumption. They then had to take it out (just for it to even zip) and while doing this, they tore up the embroidery. When I questioned this, they said it was “normal”. I then brought my dress to another tailor, and she looked at my BRAND NEW dress in horror. Thankfully she said she can fix the rips Seng Couture did to my dress, but now I have to pay $120 to have the embroidery fixed (on a dress I haven’t even worn yet). She said although it can be fixed, this was NOT supposed to happen. Seng Couture schmoozes you out the door and gaslights you to make you feel like you’re dumb for asking concerning questions, meanwhile they just completely messed up. They also messed up the alterations on my future MIL’s dress. BEWARE!!!

I went to seng couture to be measured for a bridesmaids dress. Upon arrival i was greeted by a very lovely girl, most of the girls who work here are lovely, helpful, and want you to have a great experience. However, there was one employee who measured myself and another bridesmaid wrong. When concerns about being measured wrong and dress sizes being too big were raised the employee gave us the upmost disrespect. She had a very big attitude problem and it needed to be addressed. I recommend this salon because of every other employee except that one. I hope she finds peace and learns how to treat customers who raise concerns about her wrong measurements.

I would recommend Seng Couture to absolutely everyone! The process has been incredibly easy and stress-free from day 1. I had my first appointment with Seng Couture back in November 2021 to find a wedding gown with Hilda, who was an absolute gem. She was definitely an expert in terms of taking what I wanted and giving me gowns to try on. She made the appointment super fun too, and my guests and I had a blast with her! When we checked out that day, Seng Couture made everything incredibly easy - payment and timeline expectations were set (they were clear and upfront about alterations needing to be in cash), and apart from maybe a week or 2 with the dress delivery time, the expectations were accurate. Pon handled the alterations, and she was a total delight! I really appreciated that she was there for the entire process - I felt in very good hands with her, and I have the dress to prove it! It's absolutely perfect in every way, and I can't wait to wear it in just a few weeks (10/22/22). Pon was sure to explain the alterations she was going to make with each visit and what I should expect for next time. Pon (and every other staff member) made me feel beautiful as well, they made me feel like I was the only bride they were working with at the time, and I know that's not the case! I can't recommend Seng Couture enough - they will take care of you and make you feel absolutely stunning for your big day!
