Everything was fast, no problems. Was able to get what I needed to get done, passed my test on the second try, examiner was very helpful the first and next time I took it with him, and the light skin lady with the glasses was very nice when checking out.

Anything to do with the DC DMV is always a terrible experience. They are forever finding small problems that just good common since can fix but, instead they like to inconvenience you unnecessarily.

DMV doesn't rent cars but you'll find plenty of driving schools do that like DC Star driving school or Ethio Star driving schools among those. It's always good to call them in advance.
