This library has all the necessities! The first level is all children's and holds while the second level has the fiction, non-fiction, YA area, computers + free printing! There are also first come first serve study rooms and conference rooms. I go to this Shaw very often for printing, and the librarians are very kind and accommodating. Right next to the Shaw Metro, making this library very convenient.

Yes. It's right outside the front of the building.
I think the library has a workshop that helps people on thier taxes.
No it does not do public faxing you would have to go to UPS or Fedex
No...at best you can find street parking, though everywhere is not free
To my recollection, no there isn't any emergency procedures posted on the lower level, at least nothing incredibly detailed. And the water fountain is located next to the small conference entrance against the wall. Directly across from the steps on the lower level.
Yes yoy can print and even make copies. The first 20 pages are free. 10 cent each thereafter.

They are quite but they are not sound proof. If someone in an adjacent room is having a meeting with someone else you will hear it.
Yes but you will need to get a library card number and then be able to log in for up to a hours use
No but you can park along the side of the library.. there is a parking lot across the street but i am not sure if that is for the apartment building...
