want to shout out how amazing this library and the greater dc library system is! where else can you have access to books and other resources (in print and online), free computer use and printing, covid testing, voting, and e-recycling (just to name a few services they offer). so happy to be a dc resident and part of this amazing effort. keep up the great work for the community!

This a very cool and clean library. The librarians are always nice and informative. They have a nice amount of computers and a eclectic selection of books. Reading Rainbow should tape an episode there.

I appreciate the location, materials, and workspaces. The staff abides by rules which is great but I don’t like how they don’t allow adults to use the adult sized work table in the back of the library. It is reserved for children however, even when no other patrons are using the table or even at the library they will make a fuss if you try to use the table even if it’s not occupied.

Such a quaint, lovely branch and the staff is very helpful.

Yes. The library is closed on New Year's Day, January 1st every year
I believe there is a scanner but no fax machine. For any jobs on the printer you should use your DCPL card, 20 dollars are automatically guaranteed for printing jobs.
As a public health precaution, all DC Public Library locations will be temporarily closed March 16- March 31. Though the physical locations may be closed, DC Public Library is open 24/7 on-line. With your library card you have access to more than 15 million digital items (books, movies, music, classes, articles, magazines...). Visit dclibrary.org/godigital to learn more.
This library has Friends of the Library. I think they will accept as a donation. Long live libraries!
