After having a terrible experience with facials many years ago, I have been apprehensive about getting facials. Meka is very professional and does excellent work (I have been twice and both times I was thoroughly impressed). She even recommends products based on my skin type/problem areas that work really well. My skin has never looked better!. I’m glad to have found her and will be back.

Updated: I heard from the owner and she was very apologetic and accommodating. Thank you I had the worst experience here - after moving my appointment 4 hours after the original time (after I already showed up and then having to reorganize my entire day) they did not acknowledge/apologize for it at all when I came back. Then after paying $250 for a 60 minute facial they did in 40 minutes. When I mentioned this at checkout I got a snooty response back and dismissed. Customer service 0/10 and facial wasn’t anything special.
