Great experience. Had to wait eight months to get our order but understand this is out of the dealership's control. Josh (salesman) was awesome to work with as was Evan (finance manager). Definitely recommend this dealership.

The MUlTI-POINT INSPECTION stated that Power Steering fluid condition and Automatic Transmission fluid condition were in the red category, both requiring servicing immediately and every 30K miles. These items have been previously serviced by Ken Garff Honda, Orem. My vehicle has many more miles before the servicing is required for these two items as per my printed service history that I keep on file. (Power Steering fluid replaced at 41151 miles. My Honda has 50526 miles. Next service would be due at 71151 miles.) (Transmission Fluid was replace at 28998 miles. My Honda has 50526 miles. Next service would be due at 58998 miles.) The technicians aren't verifying previous services, only indicating unnecessary items on the MUlTI-POINT INSPECTION. The oil life indicator was not reset to 100% after the recent oil change. The service manager only offered excuses, not solutions for the lack of quality of the service. No manager contacted me with an offer to correct the unprofessional service I received. The quality of service is declining. I'm very disappointed with the recent service.

It was an early afternoon appointment service. An agent greated me immediately, took my information on my service requests, offered me to renew my Advantage Care & I said yes, then he offered my a ride home if I needed. I declined, said I'd wait. He took me to the customer waiting area. Later, agent came back with evaluation needs, explained everything, time do it all in & cost of it all. The service department was faster than time estimate, & the bill was very close. Thank you all, Ken Garff Honda of Orem service department. Merry Christmas & a Happier New Year!!!

It would be best to take your car in and have it looked at by a service technician. However, the technicians here are kind, albeit unable to perform even simple fixes. I recommend a different Honda dealership for your service. Good luck!
I would ask when you make the appointment. Also, some dealerships have an Express lane for oil changes.
i mean i'm no tech and i don't work at honda but i'm sure its because there are people that were there before you that need their cars looked at before yours because of the fact that they were there first. there is also something called waiting in line and there are lines of cars waiting to be looked at or worked on and you have to order and wait for the parts that you car is going to need in order to finish the job. The job may take less than an hour but you have to wait until the techs can get to your car.
I left my vehicle with them for a few hours on a Saturday for the takata recall, since we were looking for a new car we spent that time test driving, and we also reserved a rental which we only drove up the road a couple of miles. They didn't charge us for the rental. They took good care of us.
