Overall my time at Summerwood has been awesome! I have met a ton of friendly people here, and the new renovations are cozy and relaxing to be at. Early in my residency here I did experience what I would consider a lack of communication and broken expectations on the part of the staff. However, I have not had a staff more willing to work through it to the best of their capacity. I recommend it for the staff, the available space for social events, the vicinity to UVU, and easy access to the highway.

Don't move here unless you never sleep and don't value peace and quiet at all. The road noise from the freeway is incessant it goes on all hours of the day which you can hear loudly from inside the bedrooms. Also the front desk staff is never there, won't even answer their phone.
