I'm writing this review in my room, trying to decide if I should stay another night here. Location is not great if you like to be able to walk to something nearby. Quite a walk down Sunset Blvd is a beautiful arboretum. Room was just ok. TV didn't change channels, but I don't watch television these days. Tiny bathroom. Young woman who checked me in yesterday was nice. Woke up early and needed coffee. Both coffee packets in my room were decaf. Went down to front desk to request regular coffee. Front desk clerk was busy, apparently, he also has to drive the airport shuttle, which leaves the front desk unattended. Breakfast was carbohydrates sugary starchy food, no protein. Covered parking spots in the parking lot is a plus. It's the cheapest Choice property in Spokane. Don't expect much. No pool.

Cons: Tv does not work. The tub knob for cold is broken and Luke warm for the “hot”. Very sketchy parking outside. Homeless and crackheads 10 minutes up the road. Too many exterior doors- makes me nervous being a women. A door for balcony, a door for the next room and then obviously the front door with broken bolt lock. Bed is okay. Could be better, could be worse Pro: The room was clean to what my eye can see. No weird stains or smells. The A/C is cool.

DO NOT RECOMMEND Find somewhere else. This place has staff that would rather blame their "guests" then take accountability for their lack of communication. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Still haven't been able to get in touch with a manager since I checked out on Sunday 6/19/22. Cons- No staff to check guests in while trips are made to the airport Rooms that have been reserved are not available at check in Plugging chargers into outlets will blow circuit breaker No communication between day and night time staff Blame shift vs Accountability Bathroom fan does not work Musty/old smell in rooms Doors don't open or close well Smells like urine/smoke in the hallways Pros- AC works Wild Turkeys wandering outside

Very convenient location. Appreciated the hot shower & small balcony was nice. Also had a nice size tv & clean bedding. Hotel Is old And pretty run down, bathroom was not kept up but appeared clean. Doors are very thin and can hear anytime anyone else opens their door but was quiet dusting late hours and sleep time. Does not provide room cleaning service everyday but did bring clean towels when requested. All and all a decent stay for what we needed that weekend.
