The hotel ripped me off as soon as I checked out. My card was charged a total of 5 times amounting nearly $1200 for a 2 night stay on a single queen bed!!! I called the hotel over a several day period to resolve the issue and one of the male night staff became belligerent with me before hanging up on my call. I never authorized more than the amount I was charged, while the night staff reported back “I don’t know what you want me to do I can’t refund your money” as a response. No apologies were made and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! Save your money and stress

Hotel Ruby does the job well while being located in such an awesome location at a decent price! If you want or need to be in Downtown Spokane, I don't see why you shouldn't consider Hotel Ruby as your place to stay. The property looks very chic and the rooms are clean. The front lobby staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the location is the best part about Hotel Ruby since Downtown Spokane has a lot to offer. The only knock I would give on the Hotel is the noise that enters the room. If a neighbor is awake and having a conversation at night, be prepared to use the provided ear plugs (yes, we found ear plugs when we walked into our room) or any other noise cancelling tools as you might struggle to fall asleep due to the noise. Furthermore, it seems like the hotel parking area was always full at night, so that is another consideration to make if you are driving to the property. All in all, Hotel Ruby was a great place to stay for my visit to Spokane.

The first room had small black hairs on the comforter, along with mysterious stains which was unfortunate to say the least. After finding these, the nice lady at reception moved us to a different room which we glady moved over to. That room was cleaner and we thought we were good to go, so we went out, had noodles and came back to the room to relax. Upon returning to the hotel, we noticed a sign for karaoke. When we got back to our room, we realized that we were directly above the bar area and could hear people talking distinctly even though it was only around 5pm and there was barely anyone in there and the music hadn't started yet. We decided to leave 2 hours after checking in due to the lack of cleanliness in the first room and the noise level of the second room. Only received a refund for second night, not the first, evening after emailing Travis directly. Not recommended.

I've always loved this place. Nice clean, smartly appointed rooms each with art (real art) on the walls. Add to it the fact that it is right downtown with a lounge on-site and you've got a real contender. Now don’t forget about the breakfast buffet and the fact that you can stay here without breaking the bank. Put all of what I've just told you together and you should conclude that Hotel Ruby is the way to go.

$25, but I would Uber or Lyft.
Parking is first come, first serve, and we do have an overflow lot 1 1/2 blocks east of Hotel Ruby. Parking is $5 per night.
I think it's àbout 4 to 5 bloçks.
There is a coin operated laundry room for guests to utilize during their stay.
Sorry, there is no stove. Just a microwave.
No, we no longer offer shuttle service.
