Expensive for an average room. I found hair in the tub and bed sheets. The night front desk was not too happy to clean tub and remake the bed late at night.

Definitely coming back to this hotel next time I visit Spokane! Personnel is extremely friendly and polite, great pool and hot tub. There was one day on which the housekeeping person didn't come even though we asked for it a couple days in advance, we spoke with the manager and he sincerely apologized and gave us some treats, a deck of cars and some dice. We understood it was an honest mistake but he went above and beyond to make it right.

This place is awesome, the staff is very friendly and there was an excellent breakfast menu. I asked for a late checkout and was given until 1pm. Wow, that was cool. However, the hot tub was lukewarm and had way too much chlorine and the pool was freezing.

The staff was nice. The style of the room is very pretty however I am not happy with the cleanliness. I see a lot of good reviews on here so maybe they are just having a bad day? The shower had finger prints on the glass, the elevator up to the room has boot prints on the door, by the buttons, etc. No trash bags in the cans in our room so sorry if there is wet or anything in the cans. Also, front desk will tell you it’s a $20.00 incidental it’s actually $40.00 not a huge deal but they should tell you the correct info. Lady who checked us in and out was very kind, Night Audit was a B**** probably won’t stay here again, maybe give them a second shot, we will see.
