This is another excellent hotel, inexpensive yet very comfortable and well-kept. Our room had 2 queen beds, a desk with chair, and a couch, something you rarely see any more. The TV was a perfect size for the room and was easy to use, not requiring a PhD in electronics like many TVs nowadays. We were able to park close to the entrance which is a huge plus, and they have special parking for both veterans and handicap next to the entrance as well. It was very quiet and the continental breakfast was good...not great, but very good: waffles, cereals, fruit, biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, several fruit juices (including sugar-free!), coffee, and a good selection of teas.

Positive: It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Negative: The hot tub was down during our stay. Sucked because that was part of the reason we booked our stay there was for that amenity.

MISERABLE, INCOMPETENT, HOMELESS We booked a reservation 2 weeks ago- over the phone to ensure our request was clear. We requested adjoining rooms. We were assured it was no problem. Called today to double check. Debbie again said she had the adjoining rooms ready for us. Imagine our surprise when we showed up at 6:30 with starving children and were told that our rooms weren't available and not only that but someone has been in half of the room for 20 days. Debbie completely lied to us this morning. If adjoining rooms aren't an issue for you- know that there were tons of homeless with their little camps set up all around the hotel. We were checking in early ready for a relaxing evening, promised the kids time in the pool--- instead we spent hours calling to find a new hotel. They didn't even offer a single apology for the giant inconvenience

I’ve been traveling using them for years. I’m a high reward member. Manager said she call me back. I had to call repeatedly. I finally spoke to her and she said she can’t honor Best Western rate at Best Western. She didn’t seem helpful to reach area director or anyone. I spend way over $1400 monthly in their hotels. May switch completely after this. This was not a reward situation. It’s a company corporate rate. She wouldn’t honor rate and offered another rate which was more then the price available on Google or third party site. Not helpful and I chose elsewhere. Thanks for the reply
