This hotel is very good with friendly staff, reasonable prices, clean rooms, convenient fitness room, SPA. The swimming pool is okay even if it is quite small and closed for maintenance for 2 weeks during my 3 weeks stay. The breakfasts are no bad. Thanks a lot!

I like to book IHG hotels because I expect a clean room and do not need a lot of amenities. Well that did not work here in Spokane. While the front desk person was very nice and helpful, the rooms were not so good. The carpeting in the hallway and the room needed to be cleaned or replaced. The sheets and comforters were overly bleached, with a strong smell. It was just not a comfortable sleep and less than what I expect in such a property. Our minor inconveniences included the TV channels taking close to seconds to change and there were no USB ports in the room. Major update needed. .

Friendly staff. We had 2 queen beds in the room. The furnishing are new. Room was cleaned well. Great free breakfast. The pool and jacuzzi were open and fun for the whole family.

Positive: The hotel was a quick 5-minute drive from the airport. The staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. Their restaurant was closed so they offered a free breakfast, which was a nice surprise. Negative: Based on the reviews, I expected this hotel to be in better shape than it was. Lot of wear and tear. The chair, ottoman, and carpet in my room were badly stained with "who knows what". Definitely not as nice as other Holiday Inns I've stayed at.
