Great experience. Spending a couple days. Have now met several employees. All are so friendly and helpful. Days in has really invested a lot into the interior to make this place very nice. One of the best covid brown bag breakfasts that I've found. Oh. For the good old days but Washington is behind places like Montana with getting back to normal. Highly recommend. On a busy street but was very quiet.

Rooms looked great from the pics & liked the fact the advertising noted fully renovated. It unfortunately was also the time during a big basketball event so the pricing was a lot higher than what it should have been...still, we were fine (front desk was EXCELLENT service) until we got into the room. We thought our son was being comical when he said, "great room with nice stains on the bed"...then realized he was serious! The top of the bed had a big obvious stain and when he pulled the covers, the inside sheets also had stains and hair (like the bed was refreshed, not cleanly, stripped & replaced/made). Front desk moved us to the room next door and told us the sheets are cleaned, but they're white so it would show some stains 🤷‍♀️ What?! I get that - if they're your own sheets..but for a hotel establishment where you're forking $200 a night? I honestly don't think so. Bathroom is very small and for the room we got, the tub was dated. This is nowhere close to the city, but that's not a problem if you have a car.

We needed to stay a couple nights while flooring installed. Convenient location. Very clean. Helpful staff. I have to admit a bit of sticker shock over rates. We are in our mid 70s so expect more luxury for over 120 a night. Breakfast comes in a bag. Juice. Jimmy dean sandwich. Fruit. Yogurt. No elevators so a little difficult for us seniors.

Staying over for State B basketball, not a lot of options on an action packed weekend. Rooms were fine, not as clean as I'd like, looking old. Staff was very nice and helpful. No pool or fitness area because of COVID, that was a huge bummer. Location is ok, not sure if I'd stay here again.
