My therapist was excellent! Reed gave me a massage. He was professional in manner. Good touch and pressure. He made sure I was comfortable. I do think the cost is a bit high at Essentials.

Evan was amazing, I have a really bad shoulder and injuries, he was great at making sure the pressure wasn't too much. I would recommend Elements!!!

Meh, Holly wasn't very good at massage. A lot of wasted time "feeling around." Didn't even spend time where she was directed. An absolute waste of time and money. I actually left in worse condition if you can believe that. Will not be returning.

I usually stay away from chain business for massage but we decided to try it out. Wow, we were blown away by the tenure of the staff, and how genuinely happy the therapists were to work there. We have been trying different therapists so we can find one we fit with best, and every single one has been very good. The therapists are so professional and so knowledgeable. We only visit the South Hill and Wandamere location because we love management and ownership!
