The eloghomes sales process was easy. Afterwards I was transferred to customer service for the remainder of my project. Kyle was not my original customer service rep. We hit several bumps along the way as to be expected but after several issues escalated he got involved. After becoming my Customer service rep full time I would say he represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. He was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my log home design. I believe he had my interest at heart and found the best way to incorporate my designing efforts at a good price. Information was accurate, responses to questions and issues were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly, minimising the end to end time to process complex design changes among a number of parties. I will say it again Thank you Kyle for such Excellent customer service. He Really was very friendly, patient and helpful in successfully delivering a wonderful log home. Job well done.

The representative (Kyle B) was highly knowledgeable of construction as demonstrated by his consultation into the challenges for my particular project. The company is well-oiled and have their process down. For my experience, the company has kept the dates they committed to and the answers I received were correct and not simply what I wanted to hear. Overall very good experience and I plan to use eloghomes again.
