Absolutely the worst customer service that I've honestly had from anywhere. The one lady I dealt with must hate her life and wants to make everyone else just as miserable.

I would give zero stars if possible, go anywhere else the staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The lady with the accent wouldn’t help when I asked questions and just stared at me blankly or fumbled around looking busy so she didn’t have to talk to me when I was trying to get help. Without a doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had at a postage store.

Lady with accent was horrific. She doesn’t need a job! Not only did she ignore me greeting her. She also didn’t say a word to me the entire time. My box was not sealed because I thought they had to check before sending returns in. She then said “you not gonna seal it ?”. Ummm I’ve never been to a post office where they don’t have normal TAPE ??? Although there was no tape that’s fine. But her attitude was horrible!!
