On the second day of vacation my iphone got wet, completely non functioning for 6 days. Konrad and Ireland at Tech Shack did an incredible job in reparing my phone, it looked very bleak for a moment , but they installed an Apple iphone 7 plus screen (digitizer +LCD, and a screen protector , this was done within 45mins. My phone is functioning 100%. Thanks again , Tech Shack !!

Got my laptop looked at for overheating issues and sure enough, it was the thermal paste. These guys instilled confidence in me from the moment I called to set up an appointment to when they finished up my repair, and I have nothing but praise for them. They re-pasted my CPU and GPU in no time at all and then answered all the questions I had about laptop care, very friendly, experienced and knowledgable folks! Great experience. My MacBook Pro's screen stopped working. I called and they immediately diagnosed the problem over the phone and ordered the part. I took it in the next day and they did the repair in about an hour. Working perfectly now.

Yes for sure. Right now the turn around time would be about 1 day. I'm sorry for the late response this wouldn't show up in my messages on my business page i had to follow a separate link. We sre open from 9 am to 7 pm monday through friday and 10 am to 3 pm on saturday.
