Terrible bank, they will refuse to take a check for deposit, which they aren't allowed to do per my conversation with corporate. They also make up reasons to delay availability of funds, as i can see by the notice I got from branch 8013, which is different than the reason I received via mail from branch 75 on the exact same deposit. If you have no other choice for a bank, I recommend using a pre-paid debit card.
