The absolute best guest service of any inn I've stayed at. That's enough reason to stay, but if you need more: the rooms are clean, beds are comfy, mini fridge & microwave in room, AC works perfectly, right by the hospital and food, great free breakfast spread, non-smoking but special areas outside if you do. I could go on. If I ever find myself in Spokane again this is the only place I would stay.

**They blocked my original review because the front desk staff is rude towards people of color and provided terrible service to us. Felt like every time I approched and walked by the front desk and made eye contact with them regarding to the accommodations I'd asked for in advance, they'd give me an eerily, snide smile that explicitly reads "I really hope you don't ask me to give you basic hospitality right now" or "do not pester me, I'm browsing on my phone to even care." Please save your money and time by going to a more up-to-date hotel that actually cares about their diverse guests.

The woman working at the front desk (Taylor) was so kind. We had an issue with our booking and she figured it all out. She was so warm and welcoming. The rooms (while older) are clean and comfortable. Haven’t tried the breakfast get, but everything else so far was great.

When your in a crisis situation it's nice to have a place that's clean, nice, close and welcoming. Welcome to the Madison Inn. They have a discounted rate for people who's loved ones are in the hospital. I really appreciated the convenience of the hotel. The staff was great, welcoming, service oriented. They were beyond helpful and polite. The room was very nice, up to date and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend and stay again, anytime. Thank you Madison Inn 💕
