You get what you pay for. I did not realize the area the hotel was in isn’t the safest, I have only been to Spokane once. Pictures make this place look way better than it is. The staff was great though, no problems there, it was just an old motel that really needs some TLC. Luckily the majority of our 3 night stay was spent outside of the building and away from the area. Next time, staying in the Valley.

I don't normally post about places I stay but this was ridiculous. The room wasn't clean especially the bathroom. I had to go buy cleaning supplies because it had urine on the floor & all over the toilet. We didn't use the shower because it was nasty. We had to shower at another location because of it. The lighting in the room wasn't good. If you wanted to see decent opening the window blinds gave more illumination. It smells like pot inside and outside the building. Employees smoke right at the entrance. The breakfast was disgusting. All in all I wouldn't stay here ever again, even if it was the only place available.

We had a great experience! I was skeptical at first because of the reviews. But staff was super friendly during our stay and hotel room we got was clean. I gave 4 stars because hotel does smell like smoke when you first walk into lobby but after that no smell. And the free breakfast was nice everything was always stocked and they kept lobby/kitchen clean . And there is a weird entrance driveway that is a one way but parking lot is decently big with ways to exit and enter depending on which entrance you go.

I can't say this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in but it made the cut for top 5 worst 😬 As soon as I checked in and walked down the hallway to our room, I couldn't help but notice the carpet desperately needed a good vacuuming. The floor inside our room was even worse and left the bottoms of my feet filthy! 😳 We were promised a pack and play crib for our child but the mat for the bottom of the crib was MIA and staff didn't seem too concerned with assisting us after we politely asked 3 different times. Although the rate was lower than the nearby competitors for a Friday night (that should've been my first clue) it still was overpriced for the quality of the room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the sheets were itchy.
