They're completely helpful. They have way too many fun things to explore. I seriously love the beds and the food is so yummy! I haven't even used the pool yet because I've been so busy with work but I can't wait for my trip to New York. Yay! Love this place every time I come back for work. Thank you.

The location confused even our navigation system but we figured it out and were glad to get checked in for a comfortable stay. Very large hotel. King room was spacious with a comfortable bed, bedside tables with power outlets, and a lighter weight comforter than some Hamptons (that's a good thing). The AC was cool but loud, like a semi idling nearby - not to be confused with the loud nearby traffic itself. I put a personal fan on by the bed but it drowned out neither very well. We weren't disturbed by other guests' noise so that was appreciated. The pool was a nice temp and large enough to do some laps. The whirlpool was hot and relaxing. The breakfast had usual fare (small omelets, pork sausage, potatoes and other carbs, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea); the eggs were particularly good. Both the woman and man working around the eating area were pleasant and helpful. Front desk staff members were friendly and welcoming.

Stayed here for nearly a full week. The room was clean and pleasant. The nights were quiet. The beds were a bit too firm for my tastes, but I think most people would like them, I just prefer a very soft mattress. Overall it was a great experience and I'd happily stay here again if I come through Spokane again.

Pretty nice. It's about what you would expect. Clean with friendly staff and our room was nice enough. No complaints really. Breakfast wasn't bad by any means but nothing to write home about. Definitely better than many places. The hot tub did have crazy amounts of chlorine. Straight burned our eyes out just sitting in there for maybe 10 min.
