I’m local but in the middle of a move and I really just needed a break from the chaos so I stayed here during a weeknight. The rate was very reasonable, rooms and lobby were super clean, the pool room was a great temp and had toys for kids, nice little gift shop for snacks and toys for little ones and all the staff was extremely friendly. They also had a great hot breakfast and cookies in the evening. This truly felt like a mini vacation and I thought oils rate this hotel higher if I could!

Positive: The woman checking me in was nice and very informative. Negative: Teenagers allowed to party all night (4:00am) because ¿it¿s a public space¿ even when complaints were made. Staff was rude and VERY unprofessional. I absolutely wouldn¿t recommend this hotel.

My mother is going through cancer treatments. And a ministry paid for our room. We had a late treatment time of 4 pm., they let us stay past checkout until our appt.. They are an outstanding hotel. I have always stayed here while visiting Spokane in the past. Thank you so much for caring, they put people first.

Super friendly staff and they gave me anything extra that I asked for even though I had no idea that they already give you extra so that was a nice bonus. shower had good pressure, bed was comfortable, floor was clean, and the receptionist was extremely helpful suggesting places to eat after I asked
